Leon Aldridge, Alex & Ben Hawkins founded SinglePoint Calls in 2022 with a mission to improve telephone answering services.
The founders previously relied on a large answering service that became increasingly impersonal, expensive, and unresponsive. Seeking a better alternative, they built their own solution.
Starting with a small client base and a commitment to personalized service, the company has grown significantly. SinglePoint Calls now manages over 40,000 calls, messages, and emails monthly across diverse sectors including legal, property, healthcare, trades, and technology companies.
The team has expanded to over 40 dedicated professionals united by one goal: supporting clients as a genuine business extension.
